All purchases on Crucible are final. We offer a generous free tier so you can try the platform before buying. Once you purchase a license, no refunds will be issued.

2. Free Tier

The free tier gives you access to introductory challenges at no cost. We encourage you to use the free tier to evaluate the platform and workflow before purchasing a license.

3. Exceptions

We may issue refunds at our sole discretion for:

Duplicate or accidental charges.
Extended platform outages that prevented use during a significant portion of your license period.

4. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first at [email protected]. We track account activity including signup, login, page views, checkout, and product usage to verify legitimate purchases. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
